First it was Living Legend Once Removed Eric Osborn giving up his card late Friday afternoon prior to the Team Selection Extravaganza, only to be followed within an hour by Dan Sadd. The only problem was that the League Office was sent into Emergency Mode by Ozzie's phone call, forcing Sadd's call into voicemail (which was not retrieved until several cups of coffee into a foggy Saturday morning).
Both former Champions have taken up residence on the Sub List. We hope to see them out on the links early and often during the 2007 season. As most of you know, the CGA welcomed Smokin' Joe Barret to its active roster of players on Friday evening to replace Ozzie. An announcement on Sadd's replacement will more than likely be made by the weekend. Look for it right here on the blog.
