Week Eight Report: Red Numbers Goes Down

After starting the year 0 and 6, Undy-Ni-Ebel has shown signs of life, first knocking off the Nappy Headed Bros. in Week 7 and then topping that with a huge 32 to 13 win over first place Red Numbers in Week 8. Living Legend No. 1 Pete Ebel posted a 41/36 and Undy matched it with a 47/36 to top Hosket's 44/37 and Shaffer's 42/40 respectively.

Burkley added to his magical run with an 11 to 4 win over Budzik, who posted a season best 45/37. Meanwhile, Feller put together a 45/35 for a huge 13 to 2 win over Southie, who was caught off guard with a 48/46. Grinders cruised to a 36 to 9 win over K.C. and the Sunshine Man.

With one week remaining in the race for First Half Team money, Red Numbers' commanding lead has been shaved to 8.5 points over a hard charging Grinders. Red Numbers is at 232.50. Grinders is at 224, while The Nappy Headed Bros. are in 3rd with 201.50. On the outside peaking in are Smokin' Mirrors at 184 and Penn & Teller at 178.
