The Commash is back from vacation and the reports for Week Sixteen have now been updated. While The Commash and Brew were both kicking back with their toes in the sand, soaking up the rays, the Freiburger brothers took the stage and performed more than admirably as substitute magicians, putting a 37.5 to 7.5 disappearing act on High Stakes. Feller continued his late season surge, going 43/24 to tie Geraghty for low net. In doing so, he becomes the first back-to-back winner of the Player of the Week award. He also kept alive whatever slim chance Grinders has of capturing the Team Championship. Feller's 13 to 2 win over Smokin' Joe was huge in the face of Doug May's surprising 11 to 4 upset of 2nd place Rob Burkley. Burkley's hopes for an Individual Championshiop took a huge hit, but he's mathematically still alive. The same can be said for Grinder's chances in the Team race. They can still do it, but they need lots of help and/or a small miracle.
